Thanks very much for a great estate sale experience! It was our first and we were not sure how it would work out. You are good at
what you do and have a super team with husband Ron and staffer Wendy. Experienced and methodical, good at pricing for a multi-day sale. The best thing was that I felt that you were able work
cooperatively with us...listening to our thoughts but then guiding us as well. We let you run the sale without us hanging out, but still wife Carol was glad to hear how excited the buyers were
about some of the items...hated to part with them, but glad they found a good home. Ron is fast and efficient at small item pricing and you did an amazing job with your contacts and
research to move some of the trickier items. Appreciated your research on the vintage clarinet...got a lot more than I expected and more than I paid for it 40 years ago. Thanks again!

It's a pleasure to work with you and we benefited greatly from your expertise. You found "hidden treasures" that we never knew existed, and exceeded
our expectations with your calm, thorough and professional approach to every aspect of the process. You spent countless hours sorting and organizing a house packed with 58 years of living, and we
deeply appreciated everything you did.
Losing both of our parents within a year was an emotionally trying experience for us, yet you made a difficult time so much easier. You were patient
with all of our questions, diligent in preparing the house and marketing the sale, and did a wonderful job displaying every item in the most attractive light.
The fact that you were willing to go the extra mile with several of the most unique items in the sale was also a plus -- you worked with special
collectors, auctioned things on Ebay, and even enlisted your husband to sell our parents' car. Truly, you were a one-stop shop, providing everything we needed to liquidate our
parents' possessions and prepare the house for sale.

sale planner. She is not your typical neighborhood garage sale person but a professional who is knowledgeable in the art of household disposal. Photos were taken for advertizing and items

A very sincere thank you for the extraordinary job you did for us this week . When we decided to sell our Nashua house and all our
furnishings and furniture, it felt like an insurmountable task. Where to start? The web site for estate sales in the area led us to Twice Treasured Estate Sales, and after talking to Jan, and
learning about her years of experience, and her approach, we agreed to sign on with her.
My skeptical husband will be the first and loudest to extol her abilities now that the event is completed! His biggest concern
was how they would sell all his power tools, Shopsmith, and other wood working equipment. Jan's husband. Ron, also has years of experience as well, and we now have an empty basement, as well as the
whole house!
We agree that you can't buy experience...and it's very obvious by their approach to sorting, merchandising and pricing the items we
had that both Jan and Ron know what they are doing.
